You accept all risks arising from interactions with other Users. Any conflicts or disagreements must be resolved directly with the other party. By accepting these Terms, you release Flash Core Hires, along with its subsidiaries, employees, officers, and agents, from all claims or damages, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
